Warranty
Your guitar is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, subject to the exclusions contained within.
Warranties are non-transferable.
The following exclusions apply:
- Any instrument that has been worked on, repaired or modified in any way by you, an acquaintance or any non-approved luthier or technician
- Any guitar that has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse or improper maintenance
- Any instrument that has been subjected to extremes of humidity, direct sunlight, and heat or temperature changes
- Any instrument that has been subjected to moisture
- Freight damage of any kind
- Any subjective matter such as tonal characteristics
- Any set-up adjustments required for personal use, including but not limited to truss rod adjustments, intonation, string height or pickup height
- Normal wear and tear of any part of the guitar, including but not limited to frets, strings, metal plating and scratches or wear on the finish
- Hardware and pickups
- Incomplete guitars, including standalone bodies and necks, and project guitars
We will not be liable for any expenses, claims or suits arising from loss of earnings, lost profits, indirect or incidental damages resulting from use, non-use or performance of the guitar.
Any repairs undertaken outside of warranty will be charged back to you, including shipping costs, before your guitar is returned.
